A company that embraces the love and commitment that Soldiers in the military share alike. There are plenty of Soldiers in the ranks who are performing within the MMA platform. Their dedication starts from the work out plan, to eating, even down the to the mindset of their daily life. Lets talk a little about the part owner of Enlisted Nine Fight Company, SSG Colton Smith. By being a premier athlete who competed in a 16 person bracket to win a UFC contract, Smith still finds the time to talk and train with Soldiers across the ranks in the military. His humbleness is really remarkable. He literally had me stunned one day while hanging out with him. Standing in line to grab a bite to eat, this Soldier turns to him and states "you look familiar," and SSG Smith held a conversation with the Solider as if he knew him for years. One of my duties as a Combatives Instructor stationed at Ft. Benning is to travel to various military installations to train Soldiers around the world the techniques of hand to hand techniques better known as Army Combatives. One of these trips took me to Ft. Hood, TX where SSG Smith is stationed and there was plenty of time to talk and train with him. During one conversation with SSG Smith he introduced me to the shirts of his company called Enlisted Nine Fight Company. Enlisted Nine (E9 as tagged on many of their clothing and other merchandise) is a company owned and started by SSG Colton Smith and CSM Daniel O'Brien and everything about this company is a direct reflection of what a Soldier stands for.
Receiving a couple of the garments from this company brought a great deal of pride and a smile to my face. Those who know me understand that my purchases are only made from American companies. Gaining a sense of pride from purchasing American made products as well as an American Soldier leads me to wear the products from this company with my head held high. Making clothing apparel for both men and women will have everyone walking around with a smile on there face as well. Material made from 100% cotton feels great on the skin but the designs are just as superb. That makes it a win win in my book, great shirt design that feels terrific on the skin. These guys have it covered from Mixed Martial Arts, fashion, music, and the sport of shooting. Now you realized that music and sport of shooting was mentioned just now, but I'm pretty sure you can find your new theme song on the Enlisted Nine Fight Music CD also offered on the website.
